What Are Elemental Beacon’s Delivery Options?
At Elemental Beacon we ship worldwide with postal office or express courier. Shipments originate from Romania, Latvia, Spain, United Kingdom, or the United States, depending on the product purchased.
The processing time for miniatures is up to 2 weeks, while for products other than miniatures, such as clothing and accessories, the processing time is 2-7 days.

Is Express Delivery available?
For clothing and accessories, courier express delivery is available for some countries if you specify your phone number on the Checkout page. We are not able to offer courier for all countries.
For miniatures, we ship either by express courier or post office, depending on the country. If courier delivery is available, you will be able to choose it at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
What’s the estimated delivery time, and how is it calculated?
Elemental Beacon’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our average order fulfillment takes:
- 2–5 business days for non-apparel products
- 2–7 business days for apparel products
- Up to 4 weeks for miniatures
When calculating our estimated fulfillment time, we consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
- Issues with print or embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- postcards and stickers
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Does my order need to go through customs?
If the order is shipped from Romania, Latvia or Spain within Europe, no extra costs or fee will be charged and the order will not pass through customs.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country if the order is shipped from USA. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
When setting your retail prices or manually editing them, keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.
Why does shipping cost more for select European countries?
Shipping costs are subject to factors like deliverability and industry trade organizations. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do:
- Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.
- Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery updates. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. You can reach us via chat or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, you can still change it while we fulfill your order. Once your order is out for delivery, we can’t guarantee the possibility of changing any information.
In some cases, the local post can still make the delivery depending on the recipient address error. If they can’t deliver your shipment, they’ll send it back to our facility. Then you’ll need to confirm the changed address for reshipping the package within 4 weeks.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t be able to reship that order. You must check with the local post office or courier to try locating the lost order.
What if the product got damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com or contact us via Facebook Messenger. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.
What happens if a package wasn’t delivered to me, but the tracking states that it was?
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you say you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
But not all is lost! There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location. Customers should reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you can’t locate the package, you’ll need to place a new order to have it reshipped. Then submit a claim to the carrier stating the current issue.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. We will contact you once the package arrives at our facility to determine how you would like to proceed. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system.
Note that for international shipments, tracking info might appear even later. So don’t worry, your shipment is still on track for its destination.
