- All original tags must be intact and attached to the item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@elementalbeacon.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Kindly provide details of your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us promptly. You can do this by either sending a photo of the damaged goods to info@elementalbeacon.com or contacting us via Facebook Messenger. When submitting a photo, ensure that the entire damaged item is visible. We will assess the damage and reach out to you to discuss the next steps for replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Address or Returned Packages: There are several reasons why an order might be returned to us, with the most common being an undeliverable address. Other instances may include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you. In such cases, we will contact you once the package arrives back at our facility to determine the appropriate course of action.
If the return is due to an undeliverable address or refusal by you, new shipping charges will be applied for resending the package. We kindly ask you to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate to prevent such occurrences.
Return Shipping:
Please note that Elemental Beacon is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and have inspected its condition, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
